Bombardier Business Aircraft is reorganizing its leadership team to strengthen its focus on customer service, the company announced today. Leading this effort is Jean-Christophe Gallagher, who takes the position of v-p and general manager of customer experience. Gallagher, who will report directly to Bombardier Business Aircraft president David Coleal, has served with Bombardier since 2002 and most recently was v-p of strategy, marketing and innovation. He will be responsible for overall customer experience, as well as expansion of the company’s aftermarket business.
Reporting to Gallagher will be Andy Nureddin, v-p of customer support and training. Nureddin, who Bombardier said has been the “long-time face of customer service” at Bombardier Business Aircraft, will oversee all aspects of customer support, including warranty administration, field support, customer care, technical publications and technical services. In addition, Nureddin will be responsible for the company's business aircraft training centers.
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and these changes will allow us to maintain a sharper focus on their needs and further enhance our overall services offering,” Gallagher said.
Also, Bombardier named Peter Likoray as senior v-p of its newly combined sales and marketing organizations. Likoray, who continues to report to Coleal, had been senior v-p of sales.
