Xi’an Jinsheng Flight Academy
Xi’an Jinsheng Flight base(also Jinsheng General Aviation),is a Category A General Aviation company which is certificated by CAAC(CAAC-91 No. G-0013-XB), in Dec.2014 Jinsheng General Aviation has received a Qualification of CCAR part-141. Jinsheng general aviation,have a professional training team which formed by experienced flight instructors and outstanding managing talents . Each year, Jinsheng General aviation supplies amount of high-quality and high-skilled pilots to the Transportation aviation and General Aviation industry.
Jinsheng General Aviation,has a main operation base located in Xi’an Ankang airport, an affiliated operation base
Located in Jinchang Airport Ganshu province, and several cross-country airports,which can perform different missions as cross-country flight, Night flight, and IR or other training flights. Jinsheng General Aviation’s scopes of business incl. Training service covering PPL,PPL/IR and CPL. Business flight, Aircraft’s management service, Emergency medical service, Aerial prospecting, Aerial touring, Aircraft charter service, Aerophotography, Skywriting, Aerial patrolling service. Etc.
Course profile
Jinsheng pilot school’s teaching program is in accordance with CAAC’s regulations,CCAR part61,and CCAR part141. On the basis of CAAC’S regulations , Jinsheng General aviation’s training team, increase each student pilot’s flight hours gradually, which the extra flight hours can promotes student pilot’s education. Main training courses as follow：
PPL:
Training Course: Aerodynamic theory(Ground lesson), Flight lesson and Checkflight (training standard is meets minimum training standard)
Theory course: Estimated completion time 395 hrs (3months)
Theory Course:Theory of flight, Navigation, Aeronautical Meteorology , Aircraft’s operating system, Civil aviation aircraft’s instrument and communication system. Cockpit’s resource management, Aero Gas Turbine Engine, Civil aviation English, CCARs.
Flight Training course: Completion time 60hrs, During this lesson the student will gain an understanding of the operation of the aircraft engine and instruments, VFR as well as the various types of Night takeoffs and landing , daylight take-off, climb,turn, descend,Localizer capture, visual measurement.
CPL:

Flight Training course: Completion time 123hrs(8-10months), During this lesson the student will gain an understanding of the 4 basic flight operations, Takeoff , High-altitude maneuver, emergency procedure traffic pattern, take-off, climb,turn, descend, Localizer capture ,left-hand traffic patterns. Post-landing stay, Postflight inspection.
Medical certificate requirements:For CPL need a first class medical certificate 91,135, 121. For PPL need a Second class medical certificate. Both of the medical certificates issued by Xi’an Civil aviation hospital(assisted by teachers) and similar authorized Medical institution in Beijing and Shanghai.
Jinsheng General Aviation chose DA-40 single-engine aircrafts(10jets) ,DA-40F Stunt aircraft (1jets),DA-42 Twin-engine aircraft(1jet) which manufactured by global famous Austrian aircraft manufacturer, Diamond aircraft industries,and Y-5 biplane(3jets) as their training aircrafts. Diamond 40 series aircrafts equipped with advanced Garmin1000 digital display system, its fuselage reliable and easy to operate by student pilot ,as well as meets the related requirements of CCAR part 141( for pilot school) and CCAR part 61(for PPL CPL/IR flight training) .

Jinsheng General Aviation has 82 formal staffs, divided into 8 departments, which coordinate pilot recruitment Dept., employment office , flight training Dept.and General affairs Dept.
11 Flight Instructors : 2 CAAC’s CPL examiners, 6 experienced flight instructors have 1000-4000hrs training experience,
2 Theory instructors: 1 Senior theory instructor, 1 primary theory instructor.
14 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers: can repair DA aircraft ,Y-5 biplane, Cessna etc.
5 dispatchers: 2 qualified dispatchers.
3 flight commanders: 1 qualified commander, 1 double ace.

Jinsheng pilot school training student pilots severely with the reference of army’s management. Instructors and student get along well with each other in the daily life. Jinsheng pilot school has an office area of 1600 square meter . Pilot school’s maximum reception capacity up to 200 students with a State-of-the-art Audio-visual classroom room, conference centre, Meeting hall, Dining room and comfortable student apartment.
